Admissions Requirements
The following requirements must be fulfilled to get admitted to Okanagan College
- International students are considered on case-by-case basis. There can be some additional requirements, depending on the program you are applying to.
- Students are required to submit their original transcripts from their last attended academic institutions. If they are not in English, then submit the translated copies of the same along with the originals.
- Should provide the certificate issued by the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) that compares educational credentials from other countries to educational standards in Canada.
- Applicants must be 18 years old at the time of the beginning of the course.
- You need to submit your English language proficiency test scores if you are coming from a non-English speaking country.
Please note:-If you are not a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada, you must obtain a valid study permit before you come to Canada.

High-end education
The university is very international, there are students from all over the world who came here to get high-end education. The professors are amazing, the classes are small, the grading scale is generous. The professors are very passionate in their field of study, they are always willing to help, the campus is beautiful and the students are friendly. The university offers plenty of fun activities that are organized by student-driven clubs and societies. It's one of the best universities in the country. I'm proud to be part of it.

Wonderful campus with small class sizes so your lecturers have the opportunity to get to know you and your interests. You have the impression of being a part of a small, close-knit community where everyone is kind and truly concerned about one another. Classroom sizes are smaller, allowing for a more conducive learning environment. Career services provide training and activities to assist you in attaining your career goals. At the college, there are clubs for everyone, and students build lifelong friendships and memories. The college has a fitness centre to keep students fit and healthy. The apartment is fully furnished and secure.
